A knowledge of phonetics enables us to make every sound of every language in the world, and if you have not studied the phonetics of English, the sound system of the language can seem like chaos. Based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, I am a freelance pronunciation specialist, qualified to the highest levels, with a PhD in Phonetics from the University of Reading, and the Certificate in Phonetics from the International Phonetic Association.
